How much does a Gondola cruise cost?
Usually $125.00 for one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes, depending on the wind, the tide, the day and time you charter the boat.
What does a Gondola cruise include?
Bring your own - drinks, ice, music.
Do you provide wine?
We provide ice buckets, glasses, and a bottle opener. You may bring your own beverage.
Can I bring food?
Yes, however, we recommend finger foods, as utensils are difficult to use on the gondola.
How long is each cruise?
Each cruise is specially arranged for you. Lengths can vary, but they are usually about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
What is the best time to go?
There is no specific time we consider "the best time." You should choose a time that works well with other plans you may have for the evening. Don't be late.
Will the Gondolier sing?
There is Italian-style music playing on the boat. You may also bring your own CD or tape if you would like. Traditionally, the gondolier does not sing, however, some of the gondoliers may choose to sing a song or two. Song and quality are not guaranteed.
How should I dress?
There is no dress code on the Gondola. High heels are not recommended (especially for guys).
Does the boat ever tip over?
No. Life jackets are on board per Coast Guard regulation. You are always very close to land.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required. Please call well in advance.
How do I make a reservation?
Call 877-926-2467. A name and phone number are needed. We need a credit card to guarantee the ride. If possible, we'd also like to know how you found us.
Can I make a reservation online?
Reservations must be made over the phone, but you can contact us online. It is best to call due to special requests, credit card info, etc.
What is the cancellation policy?
You MUST call 2 days prior to your scheduled ride if you need to cancel. We can cancel at anytime (2 hour notice).
What if it rains?
If it is raining in the morning, that does not mean we are not still going. Rain during the day does not mean it will rain at night. We will call you 2 hours prior to the ride if we do have to cancel.
What if I'm late?
If you arrive late your tour might be cut short; it will end as previously scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled cruise. We advise arriving 15 minutes early.
How long are Gift Certificates valid?
Gift Certificates are valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
